STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION:

 

NEW ZEALAND: WE USE Courier Post (Non-Signature required tracked courier)


Standard orders are processed when credit card authorization and/or bank deposit has cleared. Admin and shipping is done Monday-Friday. Orders shipped via Courier Post typically arrive within 3 business days AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF SHIPMENT VIA EMAIL (Monday through Friday, not including weekends & holidays) within NZ.


All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the following Monday. We charge $9 for non-rural shipping within New Zealand for a tracked courier. Rural is charged at $12 within New Zealand for a tracked courier.

PLEASE NOTE: There may be a delay over public holiday periods.

In some cases we may ship out your order in multiple parcels. Your confirmation email will contain the items shipped in each shipment. 

Christmas Deliveries: We recommend placing an order before the 13th December to ensure you get your parcels in time for the 25th December. After this date we can not guarantee it will arrive in time.

 


AUSTRALIA

To all our friends in Oz, Shine On will happily ship across the Tazzie. Once dispatched your order may take up to 14 business days to arrive.

We will try our best to get your item to you as fast as we can.

Christmas Deliveries: We recommend placing an order before the 28th November to ensure you get your parcels in time for the 25th December. After this date we can not guarantee it will arrive in time.



INTERNATIONAL 

Unfortunately at this point in time we do not ship outside of New Zealand and Australia. 

 

IN-STORE PICKUP FOR ONLINE ORDERS

You can now order your favourite items online and arrange a pickup in-store. This service is available at our Hibiscus Coast, Albany and Mt. Roskill Stores. Unfortunately we do not not offer the in-store pickup option in our Christchurch Store.

The steps to doing this are super easy!

1. Place your order as usual on our website.

2. Select YOUR usual address and on the shipping page, select the Pickup option for your chosen store.

3. Wait to receive your pickup email notification that will let you know your order is ready to be picked up from your chosen Store.

4. Once the email notification has been received, you can swing by the Store and provide your name and order reference to receive your awesome new clothes!

The turnaround for a Pickup option is usually between 2-5 working days. We may extend this timeframe if our warehouse is dealing with a big influx of orders during very busy periods.

Pickup hours are between 9am-5pm, 7 days a week.

Any online customer orders that have aleady been processed into our system cannot be changed to an in-store pickup option.  The in-store pickup option needs to be chosen at the time of placing your order.

Christmas Click & Collects: We recommend placing an order before the 17th December to ensure you get your parcels in time for the 25th December. After this date we can not guarantee it will arrive in time to store for you.
